Schneider.
He was 56 years 1 month and 22 days old.
In 1935 they observed their wedding anniversary
at "Brookside" their home on the
shores of the Kankakee River east of the
city, formed the back ground.
The affair was attened by about 70 guests.
Baskets and bowls of cut flowers were used
throughout the home.

SCHNEIDER SPEAKS BEFORE LOAN INSTITUTE.

Feb. 25 Frank O. Schneider of Kankakee IL
was one of the speakers before the American
Savings, Building and Loan institute which
has just concluded its midwinter conference.
Citing and example of use of the federal
board's funds by as association borrowing
$168,500 from a regional bank, Mr. Schneider
said the average manner in which that amount
of money would be loaned is $14,000 to home
repairing, $4,000 to home owners wishing
to pay taxes on their property $8,000 to
families building new homes and 142,500
to refinance straight mortgages for home
owners. The average loan by $2,800, Schneider
said.

WILL
I, Frank O. Schneider, a resident of the
City of Kankakee, County of Kankakee and
State of Illinois, being of the age of about
twenty-six years and being of sound and
disposing mind and memory do make, publish
and declare this to be my last will and
testament, hereby revoking all former wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: It is my will that my executrix hereinafter
named and appointed shall pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses out of my estate,
as soon as conveniently can be after my
death.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath unto my beloved
wife Sadie all of my Real Estate of which
I may die seized and all my money, notes,
debts due me and to become due me, and all
other personal property of whatsoever kind
or nature left by me at the time of my decrese,
as her sole and undisputed property forever,
giving her full power to sell, convey, deed
over or dispose of the same, principal and
all.
THIRD: The foregoing provision for my wife
shall not be abated in whole or in a part
by the birth hereafter of a child or children.
LASTLY: I hereby constitute and appoint
my beloved wife Sadie to be the sole executrix
of this my last will and testament, and
do expressly wish and do hereby stipulate,
that my said executrix shall not be required
to give bond of bonds of whatsoever kind
or nature, nor be responsible to or give
account of her acts to any court whatever.
In witness thereof I the testator have set
to this my last will and testament my hand
and seal this 17th (seventeenth) day of
June A. D. 1914.

OBITUARY:
F. O. SCHNEIDER DIES DURING SLEEP AT HOME.
Savings And Loan Association President Ailing
Several Months.
Frank O. Schneider, 56, one of Kankakee's
leading financial men, and president of
the Kankakee Federal Savings and Loan association,
died last night following an illness of
several months at "Brookside,"
his home along the river two miles southeast
of the city of the Aroma Park road.
The exact time of Mr. Schneider's death
is not known, since he was found dead in
his bed this morning. He was extremely popular
and was well liked in financial and insurance
circles.
Found By Wife
Mr. Schneider, who has been able to carry
on most of his normal activies despite poor
health for several months, retired at 10:30
p.m. Monday and apparently died a short
time later, according to Coroner Ed P. Madison.
His body was found about 8 o'clock this
morning by his wife Sarah.
Coroner Madison said that an inquest will
not be necessary because Mr. Schneider had
been under the care of a physician for quite
some time.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The
body is at the Phillips and Friday funeral
home.
Mr. Schneider, who was also a partner in
the insurance firm of Albert Schneider &
Sons, was born on Oct. 7, 1887
in Kankakee.
Rotary President
He was a former national vice president
of the United States Savings and Loan league
and has held various district offices in
the league. A member of the Rotary club
since 1917, Mr. Schneider was elected its
president last July 1. He had previously
served as a vice president and director
of the club. He was also a member of several
Masonic orders and the First Methodist church.
Surviving besides the widow are two sons
Glenn of Kankakee and Pvt Donald R. of the
army who is stationed at Grand Rapids, Mich.
He also leaves his Father Albert, three
grandchildren - Charles, John and Anne Schneider,
all of Kankakee and two brothers Walter
C. a local attorney, and William A. of Kankakee.
